Pearl Necklaces

Popularity:

Pearl necklaces have always been an amazing accessory to a nice and fancy outfit. However, lately, fashion has turned bead necklaces into everyday wear by mixing them with chains and flowery decorations so that it is both feminine and casual. They dress up casual outfits and add sophistication.

Wide Wristbands

Popularity:

For lack of an official name, I call these enlarged armstrong bracelets "Wide Wristbands". They gained popularity lately, especially due to their release by bands, organizations, etc. Some of the most popular ones I've seen are the Keep a Breast Foundation bracelets, where its sales contribute to its nonprofit fund to fight Breast Cancer. The classic slogan written across these bracelet is "I heart boobies" and of course, teenagers have caught on. Others include the names of the band or artist, like Green Day or Justin Bieber. The rest are just little phrases or sayings like "LMAO" and "Mean People Suck". These bracelets are just nifty little things that will most likely fade out as quickly as SillyBandz had. But in the meanwhile, enjoy them.

Lace Tights

Popularity:

Lace Tights are an amazing trend at the moment. Everywhere I look, I see girls donning different colored net tights with different patterns, especially vertical ones that show off how long their legs are. These remind me of the time period with flappers. Just so you know, my favorite colors for these are: white, black, gray, and purple (for bolder purposes ;D). Wear them preferably with a skirt or a dress. Shorts are okay but be careful of the consequences. :O

Religious Bracelets

Popularity:

This fad is a complete mystery to me and I'm not sure if it's only happening in my area but these sorts of religiousy looking bracelets are worn by a lot of people lately. And while "Religious Bracelets" is probably not the right terminology, I didn't know what else to call them because that's exactly what they look like. P.S. though, they don't necessarily have religious pictures on them but they look the same otherwise. But it's somewhat settled down now and it's not so much a rage anymore but I just thought it made an interesting post...

Mukluk Boots

Popularity:

Mukluk boots are those extraordinarily furry boots that at first looks like Bigfoot's feet. But lately, it's come into style and it is absolutely adorable with its winter babe feel.

How to wear 'em:
1. Typically they're worn with jeans. These boots are made for the winter season so wearing them with shorts or a dress doesn't make too much sense. But....

2. Leggings work too. :)

Rompers

Popularity:

At the beginning of 2010, rompers came into style but now, it's more of a love-hate relationship. You either love it or you hate it, so its popularity depends on personal preference. Not too many people wear it nowadays because it's a little bit more on the risky side of fashion. There are so many types of rompers out there and some of them just make you question why while others make you think, "I like it but can I really wear it out?"
So if you decide to go for rompers, wearing them is pretty simple. They stand pretty much by themselves as they are pretty much the entire outfit. But of course, little things like throwing on a jacket or some jewelry doesn't hurt.
